You can refill any standard helium cylinder we recognize, regardless of where you originally bought it. Drop your empty cylinder off, or schedule a pickup, and we'll return it filled the same day. If your cylinder is damaged, expired, or non-standard, we'll let you know and offer a new one as a replacement.

A standard 9 inch latex balloon stays floating for around 8 to 12 hours. Foil (mylar) balloons hold helium far longer, typically 3 to 5 days. To extend latex balloon float time, you can ask for a sealant treatment (Hi-Float) when ordering, which can extend float life to 2 to 3 days.
