The right mix, for the perfect pour.
Draft beer dispensing needs more than just CO2. Long draw lines, nitro beers, stouts, and certain ales need a precise blend of CO2 and nitrogen to maintain pressure, push the beer through the system, and pour with the right head and carbonation. The wrong mix gives you flat pints, foamy taps, or beer that loses character.
We stock both standard beer gas blends used by bars and breweries across Dubai: 30% CO2 / 70% Nitrogen for stouts, ales, nitro coffee, and most long-draw setups, and 45% CO2 / 55% Nitrogen for lagers and systems that need higher CO2 content. Both available in 3kg, 6kg, 20kg, and 30kg cylinders. Refill your existing cylinder, or buy new.

What people use our beer gas for.
The right mix changes how your draft system performs. Here is how bars, breweries, and venues across Dubai use our two standard beer gas blends.
Most popular
Stouts, ales, and nitro pours
The classic use for 30/70 mix. Stouts (Guinness and similar), nitro coffee, nitro cold brew, and creamy ales need a high-nitrogen blend to produce the signature smooth, creamy head and slow cascade. The 30/70 mix is the bar industry standard for these pours.
Long-draw
Long-draw beer systems and remote keg setups
Bars where the kegs sit in a walk-in cooler far from the taps need mixed gas to push beer through long lines without over-carbonating it. Pure CO2 alone would over-carbonate; mixed gas keeps the beer balanced from keg to glass. Most large bars and hotel venues across Dubai use mixed gas for this reason.
Lager systems
Lagers and higher-CO2 dispense systems
Lagers and pilsners benefit from a higher CO2 content to maintain carbonation through the pour. The 45/55 mix delivers more CO2 while still using nitrogen to balance pressure for medium-length lines. Used in cocktail bars, hotel bars, and venues running mixed-style draft programs.
Breweries
Microbreweries and taprooms
Local breweries and taprooms across Dubai run mixed gas alongside pure CO2 to handle their full range of beer styles. We supply microbreweries on regular weekly schedules so they never run out mid-service. Talk to us about cellar setup and bulk pricing.

FAQs
Common questions about beer gas.
The numbers are the CO2-to-nitrogen ratio. 30/70 is 30% CO2 and 70% nitrogen, the bar industry standard for stouts, nitro pours, ales, and most long-draw systems where you need nitrogen to push the beer without over-carbonating. 45/55 is 45% CO2 and 55% nitrogen, used for lagers and dispense systems that need higher carbonation while keeping nitrogen for line pressure balance. Most bars run 30/70 as the default; venues with a wider beer program sometimes carry both.
